The United States government is programming and conducting various experiments to modify weather conditions without the public knowledge and in a complete secrecy. The reasons behind this are completely unknown. Are these experiments conducted for ecological, economic, or military reasons? No one knows. For these unknown purposes, they have also enrolled private defense contractors which are conducting these experiments without direct governmental supervision and entailing health and environmental risks for the entire local and global population. These experiments involves the creation of artificial clouds and cloud seeding to reflect solar and man made radiation with the aim to distort telecommunication transmissions or affect electronic grids; the use of chemtrails or chemical aerial spraying combined with various electromagnetic high frequency devices to excite large specific areas of the atmosphere to modify ecological conditions capable of causing floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes; the manipulation of cirrus clouds to produce rain or snow with the use of airplane contrails.
From all these experiments, the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is considered the most terrifying of all. According to research scientists from the University of Ottawa, the firing of directed high frequency electromagnetic pulsed beans over large sensitive areas of the ionosphere will cause hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis and earthquakes. There are speculations that large hurricanes like Katrina and Sandy were possible the result of this experiment going awry. The speculation of such weapon is revealed in a 45 minutes documentary on the History Channel. The following videos shows strange clouds formation from South Dakota and Indonesia were possibly the by-product of the government research project HAARP.

There are conspiracy theories suggesting the American government involvement in the aerial spraying of chemicals with the use of military planes for creating artificial chemical clouds that can be manipulated with high frequency electromagnetic devices from the HAARP experiment to create terrifying atmospheric conditions and the same time creating serious health issues of the population been exposed on the ground along with unforeseeable environmental and agricultural impacts.
